About the Role

You build the server-side logic, databases and APIs behind our websites, apps and business software (CRM, ERP, HRM), with a focus on reliability and security.

What You'll Do

Design and build secure, scalable REST APIs.
Design database schemas, write efficient queries and manage migrations.
Implement login, roles and permissions, payments, notifications and third-party integrations.
Build backend modules for CRM, ERP and HRM products.
Write clean, tested and documented code.
Deploy, monitor and maintain live systems, and fix production issues.

Requirements

Strong experience in Node.js or PHP (Laravel).
Solid knowledge of MySQL, and familiarity with MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
Understanding of API design, authentication (JWT, OAuth) and server basics.
Git and deployment experience.

Bonus Points

Docker, Redis, queues, CI/CD, cloud platforms.
Payment gateway, CRM or ERP integration experience.
