About the Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, nurturing leads through the sales pipeline, and closing deals.

This is an excellent entry-to-mid-level opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, client communication, and business growth. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to execute growth strategies and achieve monthly revenue targets.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking
  • Qualify leads and maintain an active pipeline in the CRM system
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls and product/service demos with potential clients
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Follow up with leads consistently and drive them through the sales funnel
  • Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Report sales activities and forecasts to the Business Development Manager
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi mandatory)
  • Confidence in cold calling, client meetings, and product pitching
  • Goal-oriented mindset with ability to work under targets and pressure
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing

Bonus Points

  • Prior experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or IT services sales
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles
  • Experience working with startups or growth-stage companies
